I am a Psychotherapist with 10 years of experience in therapy for children and adults.
In my life I was never more sure than my passion for Psychology. Having the ability to help families revitalizes me and fills me with enormous satisfaction. I always wanted to train myself to grant the most effective therapy.
I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Metropolitan State College of Denver, then I obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychotherapy with an emphasis in family therapy at the University of Northern Colorado. I studied family and couple therapy at the Denver Family Institute. I focused on studying and took training after training and learned the latest in effective, evidence-based therapy. After going through many types of therapy and methodologies I found, EMDR, eye movement, desensitization and reprocessing.
I was struck by the efficiency and how quickly I saw progress in many cases. EMDR is being recognized more and more and has been adapted to the treatment of children and adolescents.
I trained in “The Humanitarian Assistance Program” in Boulder Colorado. Also in “The Attachment and Trauma Center” with Debora Wesselman, Stefanie Armstrong, and Cathy Schweitzer in Omaha, Nebraska. In addition, I received intensive training with Ana Gomez in Sedona, Arizona.
Since then, I have treated and helped many families, adults and children. I would love to have the opportunity to hear your story and help you regain happiness, the ability to love and the power to receive the love you deserve.
